Individual sessions at our London studio start from £99 including VAT. For company team sessions photographed in your office, prices start from £600 +VAT for a 2 hour shoot. We also offer discounted packages for larger teams or ongoing new joiner sessions.

How should I prepare for my headshot session?

Get a good night's sleep, stay hydrated, and choose outfits that reflect your profession and personality. It's also a good idea to consider grooming, such as hair and makeup, to ensure you look polished and confident. We do retouch the images afterwards, but nothing can really replace the inner confidence you get from knowing you look your best.

What should I wear for a corporate headshot session?

Wear solid colours that complement your skin tone and avoid busy patterns or logos as they can be distracting and date quickly. What to wear depends largely on your industry and how you want to be perceived. A formal suit, with or without a tie, may still be the most appropriate in some industries, whereas business casual may be better in others. If in doubt, bring a second option and ask our opinion on the day.

Yes. We bring a professional mobile studio setup to your office, including lighting and backdrops, so your team can be photographed conveniently on-site.

How long does a headshot session take?

Individual sessions typically last between 15–90 minutes, depending on the option you choose, while team shoots are scheduled at about 5–10 minutes per person to keep things efficient without feeling rushed.

What is the turnaround time for headshots?

Accepted Answer

The turnaround time is usually 2 working days for proofs which are sent to you in a private online gallery. Once you select your final images, retouching and delivery typically take an additional 5 working days. However, if you need images urgently we do have a priority editing option where we send you the retouched versions within 24 hours.

Do you offer retouching or image editing?

Yes, we professionally retouch all final images to make sure everyone looks their absolute best whilst still looking natural. Our retouching includes blemish removal, skin smoothing, flyaway hair removal, and colour or exposure correction. If you would like your images retouched more or less than that, just let us know.

We can provide multiple styles and backgrounds within a single session. Simply let us know in advance, and we'll plan the shoot to capture a variety of styles.
