You’ll see images as we go, so you always feel in control of the direction. If something isn’t quite right, we adjust. If you want to try a different outfit or background, we switch. The aim is simple: to create images that feel natural, confident, and true to you.
And because we want you to love your images, every session comes with our satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the photos we create together, we’ll reshoot at no extra cost or give you a full refund.

It’s also a good idea to consider grooming, such as hair and makeup, to ensure you look polished and confident. We do retouch the images afterwards, but nothing can really replace the inner confidence you get from knowing you look your best.
Wear solid colours that complement your skin tone and avoid busy patterns or logos as they can be distracting and date quickly. What to wear depends largely on your industry and how you want to be perceived. A formal suit, with or without a tie, may still be the most appropriate in some industries, whereas business casual may be better in others. If in doubt bring a 2nd option and ask our opinion on the day.

Individual sessions typically take anything from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. It really depends on what you’re looking for.
The turnaround time is usually 2 working days for proofs which are sent to you in a private online gallery. Once you select your final images, retouching and delivery typically take an additional 5 working days. However, if you need images urgently, we do have a priority editing options where you can choose your images the during the sessions and we send you the retouched versions either the same day or within 24 hours.
Yes, we professionally retouch all final images to make sure everyone looks their absolute best whilst still looking natural. Our retouching includes blemish removal, skin smoothing, flyaway hair removal, and colour / exposure correction. If you would like your images retouched more or less than that, just let us know.
We offer both in-studio and on-location shoots. Whether you prefer the controlled environment of a studio or a natural backdrop at your office or another location, we can accommodate your needs. For individuals however the studio is more economical.
We can provide multiple styles and backgrounds within a single session. Simply let us know in advance, and we’ll plan the shoot to capture a variety of styles.
