Yes. Before the session, we’ll ask you to share a few examples of your current company headshots so we can replicate the same background, lighting, and crop. That way, the new images will blend seamlessly with your existing team photos. If you have an environmental background, we can replace the background of the new images to match.
Our normal turnaround is 5 working days from when the image is selected. We know companies are often keen to publicise their new team member. So if you need a company headshot more quickly, we have 24 hour or same day options available.
Yes. You can book either our Pro Session (includes 3 images) or In-Depth Session (includes 10 images), and the images can be split across multiple people as long as everyone comes in during the same time slot. This makes it a cost-effective option, bringing the price down to as little as £39 inc. VAT per person.
If your style evolves, we can either re-photograph new employees or update existing images so that all your company headshots remain consistent.
What your employees wear really depends on your company style and how formal you would like them to be. This tends to depend on the industry you work in e.g. banking, law or insurance would be more formal than marketing and events.
We will also send them some advice in their booking confirmation email and plenty of guidance during the session, so their headshot feels natural and professional.
Yes. If you’d like to offer a polished finish, we can put you in touch with a professional makeup artist. This is an optional extra and is invoiced separately.
Yes, we professionally retouch all final images to make sure everyone looks their absolute best whilst still looking natural. Our retouching includes blemish removal, skin smoothing, flyaway hair removal, and colour / exposure correction. If you would like your images retouched more or less than that, just let us know.
We offer both in-studio and on-location shoots. Lots of companies opt for a combination of both options with the majority of people being photographed in your office and then new joiners or people who were unavailable on shoot day coming to us.
We can provide multiple styles and backgrounds within a single session. Simply let us know in advance, and we’ll plan the shoot to capture a variety of styles.
Prices for our company headshots start at just £39 per person when booked in groups, or £99 for a one-to-one session. Additional discounts are available when booking 10 or more sessions, which can be used as and when needed.
