Across 2 days of photographing, we worked closely with Crucible to capture their professional identity in a way that reflected both tradition and approachability. Headshots were taken in the Taskers’ Room at Middle Temple Library, using the elegant setting as a backdrop. We also created a library of images around Inner Temple Garden, Elm Court, and Fountain Court, capturing authentic reportage-style shots of members in conversation and in meetings.
Watch the video to see the setup inside Middle Temple Library where we photographed the headshots we created a short behind the scenes video. This shows how we carefully prepared the lighting, equipment, and background capture to ensure consistency across all headshots.
We love the range of images we created for Crucible that reflect both the gravitas and approachability of their team.
To prepare for future members, we also captured a standalone image of the background. This allows us to photograph new joiners in our City of London studio and seamlessly integrate them with the original set, ensuring visual consistency across the chambers’ website and publications.
One of the images below was photographed in our studio and not in Middle Temple. Can you tell which one??
